Unika Region South consists of approximately 35 service and group homes as well as daily activities in Skåne, Västra Götaland, and Kronoberg. The operations are conducted both in-house and through contractual agreements. The users have varying support needs and belong to target group 1 and target group 3.
About the role of Regional Support Pedagogue
As a support pedagogue with a regional assignment, you will work comprehensively across several of our operations focusing on education, guidance, and networking, both for users and employees. You are accustomed to working close to operations, and it is important that you have your own drive where you independently plan and structure your work.
Your role includes:
Working regionally with operational development work within the region.
Planning, leading, and following up on educational initiatives and network meetings for staff groups
Providing regular guidance to several employee groups in pedagogical work
Driving and inspiring common methods and working approaches within the operations
Planning and leading networks for users to create participation, community, and development
Collaborating with managers, employees, relatives, our method specialists, and other stakeholders within the company.
We are looking for someone who has
A qualification that at least corresponds to support pedagogue/social pedagogue or equivalent (at least 200 YH points/60 credits)
Experience working within LSS as a support pedagogue or in a similar role, preferably in group homes
Confidence in the role of mentor, educator, and pedagogical role model
Good knowledge of Clear Pedagogy, Low Arousal Approach, and Alternative and Augmentative Communication
Strong ability to plan, structure, and organize
Flexibility and enjoyment in working both independently and in teams
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Flexibility regarding potential geographical distances between operations
DMO guide, Certified Studio 3 trainer, and approved TNT in Motivational Interviewing are meritorious.

Qualifications
Degree from the support pedagogue program of 200 YH points or 60 credits in pedagogy.
Experience and knowledge of the target group LSS adults target group 1.
Driver's license B.
Basic knowledge of household tasks such as nutrition and hygiene.
Computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
Meritorious if you also have
Experience in leadership
Experience working with individuals with autism and challenging behavior.
Experience working with individuals with complex psychosocial behavioral issues.
Experience in clear communication and low arousal approach.

Employment conditions
Type of employment: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period Working hours: 100%, alternatively the position may be divided into two positions of 50% each. Working time: daytime Monday to Friday Start date: By agreement. The position may be filled before the recruitment period has ended. Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
